Mood Commute

An urban emotion mapping visualisation for Tokyo and Osaka commutes. Real OSM rail geometry runs alongside JR-published schedules and ~35,000 Japanese-language tweets from the WRIME corpus, binned by hour-of-day. Two side-by-side loop maps — the Yamanote and the Osaka Loop — plus a drill-down rail reveal where stress, joy, fatigue, and six other emotions concentrate across the rail networks, minute by minute.
